Everytime you change IP address, you can have this program execute. It will use Dos commands to obtain your IP address and modify a file to redirect users to your hosted web server. The file is then uploaded to a ftp site of your choice.

This is a simple browser-based redirection script. Depending on the clients browser type, it automatically redirects the user to a specfied page. It currently supports Internet Explorer 4+ and Netscape 3+. Users with all other browsers are sent to the default page.

AnyURL is a CGI form processing program which provides a trivial way for HTML authors to use CGI forms input to point to URL's without doing any programming. This avoids the need to write a different program for each form (or group of forms), while still being flexible enough to point to URL's containing different access methods, nodes, and object types.
